The SIRT Alliance is an educational nonprofit Organization in Surigao City. The purpose of the Organization is to benefit the public by organizing concerts. The purposes of the concerts are to educate and entertain the public and bandsmen, and to revive and promote the Concert Band Rock tradition and culture. The survival of the Rock Band shows, the demand for its public service and the potential for it to continue. The Organization has been able to cover its costs by carefully controlling and offsetting them with service, membership fees and admission fees. The Band has been able to compensate the Organization for a small part of their expenses. .
